Sarah Ouakrat is the Principal flutist of the Dutch National Ballet Orchestra in Amsterdam and a member of the modern music ensemble Collegium Novum Zürich in Switzerland. She is also part of the untraditional collective Pynarello, based in the Netherlands, consisting in performing by heart, standing up , mixed up, and without conductor.
She is sharing her time between her orchestral career and her solo recitals and chamber music concerts, as well as teaching and coaching professional musicians (mainly flutists, but not only!) for competitions, orchestral auditions and recording projects.
